- 6 pork chops (I buy the thick ones at Costco and cut them thinner myself)
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs (Japanese)
- 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup flour
- oil (for frying, I use coconut oil cuz we loves it)

Tasty and easy to do for a quick dinner. My only challenge was having the breading stick to my fingers and come off as I turned the chop over in it but eventually it got fully covered. More my kitchen ineptitude than a fault of the recipe.

This turns out so moist & crunchy. I’ve made them twice already - will continue to make them !

Exceptional!!!!! Made these so as to not heat the oven on an incredibly hot, humid, stormy day in The Midwest..........perfect choice! Pork chops, boiled parsley potatoes & a fresh veggie filled salad made a great summer supper. Chops were crispy, moist & full of flavor.
