  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs (Japanese)

  • 1 cup flour

    Made it just like recipe suggested turned out pretty good

    Exceptional!!!!! Made these so as to not heat the oven on an incredibly hot, humid, stormy day in The Midwest..........perfect choice! Pork chops, boiled parsley potatoes & a fresh veggie filled salad made a great summer supper. Chops were crispy, moist & full of flavor.
