- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (organic pure cane sugar, or sucanat)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce (organic, Homemade or just watch those ingredients!)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or whole milk)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup veggies (shredded or chopped, choice onion, peppers, zucchini, carrot, etc)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni (chopped, Could do cooked sausage or ham too!)
- 1/2 cup cheese (shredded raw/organic, choice See Tips section if you are dairy free)
