Good recipe. Won’t add almond extract next time as it made the chocolate taste like cherry... not bad but not what I was looking for. Experimented with cooling the dough vs not and how long to bake. Not cooling the dough, baking for 10 min = soft gooey cookie. Cooling dough, baking for 11 min= crispy cookie. 10 min with cooled dough = perfect. Made 5+ dozens. Very happy.
