- 100 grams milk chocolate (mix of white chocolate, and dark chocolate, chopped up as in picture)

- 2 white chocolate (piping bags filled with a little dark and, in each, from chocolate shards chocolate)
- 100 grams white chocolate (broken up in pieces)
- 100 grams dark chocolate (broken up in pieces)
- 360 grams milk chocolate (broken up in little pieces)
- 120 grams cream (double, thick)
