It looked very good but didn’t have much flavor. The only changes I made were to reduce the black pepper (allergy) and salt to about 1/3 tsp, plus I used Splenda brown sugar, so used 1/2 the amount per its directions. I probably shouldn’t have reduced the salt. And maybe regular brown sugar would have helped. It seems like all the paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder would have given a lot of flavor, though. I may try it again exactly as written. At least the leftovers should work well in chicken salad.

I enjoyed this meal, it had a little bit of a peppery taste that we weren’t expecting and it needed a little more salt. We had Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes with it. All together it was a good meal

Very good. Very moist. Used smoked paprika due to no regular paprika. .this gave a stronger flavor. Will try again with plain paprika.

Good approach to bland chicken breasts. I added a little cayenne to spice it up some more.

Delicious! The spice mix has a great flavor that brings out the best in a hum drum weeknight chicken breast.

Made it for dinner tonight. My hubby, who is a very picky eater, loved it, as did I. Easy to make and delicious to eat!

Really was “perfect”... very juicy and spice rub was very tasty. Definitely a “keeper”.

AMAZING! And so tender!!! I doubled onion powder and garlic powder. Used sweet paprika instead of regular. And used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar. Baked at 350 for 22 mins! Everyone loved it!
