- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 meatless meatballs (or favorite sausage or meatballs)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni (mini)
- 1 can crescent rolls (Pillsbury Big ‘N Flaky)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 avocados (ripe, mashed)
- 1 3/4 cups English cucumber (diced, half of a large cucumber)
- 1/2 cup vegetables (diced, optional, bell peppers, red onion, olives, corn, or another favorite)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chipotle seasoning (or to taste, or a seasoning blend such as Mrs. Dash or Trader Joe's 21 Salute)
