Made the recipe as is, and I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe next time I'll try mixing in some mozzerella in the squash strands for extra cheesiness.

All the cheese and (turkey) pepperoni made this feel more indulgent than it was. It was a hearty, tasty meal for under 500 calories. Definitely worth adding into the lunch or dinner rotation.

I love this recipe! I add in bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms to the spaghetti squash to make it more like pizza. Sometimes I also use Canadian Bacon.
