Made it. Loved it! I used white and dark chocolate melts And melted them using a pot with boiling water and a glass bowl on top. Not a fan of microwave melting anything. Opted for coconut oil instead of veggie oil. I used bigger pieces of peppermint candies, but would absolutely recommend smaller pieces as the bigger chunks, although look pretty, they’re harder to bite into. It was really difficult to not eat the entire batch.

Love these! The intensity of the peppermint is strong, but just right! Just have to figure out how to get them to break apart cleaner next time.

These were super easy to make and everyone loved them. I'll definitely be making these again.

we made ours upside down because we wanted the white on the top, we used good chocolate and it tastes and looks great!
