it was great. Fairly easy to cook. I used Ribeye... cut in strips....doubled the sauce recipe and my husband loved it.

It was delicious and tender. It was very easy to make and I served it with white rice.

It was delicious. Remember to make again. I added 3 large mushrooms with onions. Next time add 5 instead.

Used about 1/2 amount of sugar.
Marinated round steak in soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking

Sauce is amazing. The cook time I think might have been much for us so check on it periodically to make sure the water doesn’t evaporate too much.

Really excellent. Used venison rathdr than beef. Itwas very tender. Good flavor. My wife loved. Will become a regular meal..

I followed the recipe as it reads, except substituting sirloin and adding broccoli. The sauce was too salty (next time I’ll omit the extra salt) and kind of bland... I added garlic chili sauce to served and that helped a bit, but will tweak it more next time!

Really like this, you can always tweak the sauce to add more heat if you like.

Made this last night and it turned out great. I actually cooked the steaks and then sliced them thinly added it back to the pan when i added the sauce. Only added half the sugar and more ginger. Next time i'll double the sauce.

Nice flavor! I used a different type of meat and didn’t have to cook it as long.

Loved it. I added Chinese eggplant that I fried until semi-soft and it was amazing. Trying it with tofu instead next time!

Quick, easy and flavorful. I added red, yellow, and orange peppers but otherwise followed the recipe. I did not add as much sugar. This was really delightful. Wondering if you could do this in the oven??

I added 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper & 1 yellow pepper. Reduced the sugar to 1/2 tbsp. Doubled the sauce and served on rice. Turned out great. The two of us ate the whole thing!

I tweaked the recipe because I didn’t have 45 minutes for it to cook in the water. I browned the steak, cooked the onions and bell peppers as instructed. Combined them all. I doubled up on the sauce (used minced garlic and ginger and garlic salt instead of regular) and poured it in. Came out so good ☺️
