- 12 oz. breakfast sausage patties (JOHNSONVILLE)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- eggs
- 1/2 inch bell pepper (thick sweet, rings)
- salt
- halved grape tomatoes (to garnish, optional)

Directions
- In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage patties according to package directions or grill sausage according to directions on a JOHNSONVILLE® Sizzling Sausage Grill PLUS; set aside and keep warm.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil; add pepper rings. Cook for 1 minute; turn over. Crack an egg in center of each ring. Cook for 3 minutes; turn over. Cook and additional 2-3 minutes or until eggs are desired doneness; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve peppers with sausage; garnish with tomatoes if desired.
