Yes very good! I used brown rice cooked in vegetable stock and canned goods; grilled tomatoes, green chilies, and corn. I froze 1/2 uncooked, and cooked it later in the week (after 24 hours defrosting in the refrigerator) then cooked like normal. Ate with yellow corn tostada shells. Yum!
