Very tasty. Too much onion mixture and sauce though could have used way less for 4 chops

Everything turned out well. I think that if you wanted to save a little time it would still be delicious without the glaze.

My husband and I made this together. It is so delicious! We feel like we just ate a gourmet meal. We followed the video step by step and totally enjoyed the chefs clear, detailed instructions. We ate it with a side of asparagus. My husband wants to make this glaze for his pork loins. We wished our pork chops had been thicker. Next time we will buy thicker pork chops. But it's still an amazing dish. And the red onion apricot pickle should not be left out. Such a perfect combo.
