love the recipe base as its what penne alla vodka should be. However, i would recommend the following:
- remove red pepper
- drain whole peeled tomatoes before use (maybe, worth a try)
- use 3/4 cup of vodka

Followed the recipe to a tee, wouldn’t change a thing. There are quicker recipes out there but this one is worth the extra time and effort.

It turned out great. Perfect recipe to bring everyone to the table. Though I switch the recipe I used fettuccine pasta and I topped it with mozzarella cheese!
