- 1 cup ground meat (dried, see below)
- 1/4 cup kale (crumbled dried, ie: measure it crumbled, not whole)
- 1/4 cup nettles (dried)
- 12 dried apricots (cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries (freeze-dried works best. if you dry your own, make sure they are very dry!)
- 2 dates (pitted and chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted, you might use more)
