  • 1 tablespoon five spice powder

  • 4 sprigs spring onion (cut into half)
  • 10 slices ginger (thinly cut)
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 bottle hoisin sauce (combine 1/3 sauce with 1 tablespoon of water)
  • 1 whole cucumber (Divide into 3 sections, de-seed and cut into thin long strips.)
  • 5 sprigs spring onions (Cut into 5cm long pieces and slice finely longways.)
