- 2/3 cup almond butter (or cashew butter)
- 1 1/2 cups pecans (whole)
- 1 Tbsp. Collagen (peptides, I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 pinch canela
- 1 pinch salt

- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life mini chips)

These are delicious! I made the chocolate ones without the chocolate chips. I added the pecans last and left them slightly chunky/crunchy. My friends and family loved them and couldn't believe they were healthy. My dad said, I don't even like dates!
