- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I like canola)
- 5 cups rolled oats (old fashion)
- 2 cups chopped pecans (coarse)
- 2 cups dried fruit (I use Craisins and chopped up dried Apricots, but you could use dried cherries, dates, figs, blue berries, what ever you have a hankering for.)
