This recipe is a keeper. We used top shelf tequila for the sauce and the raved about it!!

Fantastic!!! We ate it all, so I don’t have a picture to send it went to fast !!!

This recipe turned out perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. I used a cast iron skillet to sear the fillet and popped it directly into the preheated oven. The sauce was the perfect finish.
