This cake tasted great but really wasn't what I expected. I used two cups of dried apricots instead of two of the cups of dates and added 120g glace cherries. I used gluten free flour. I was expecting a moist, dense, fruit cake but there wasn't much batter holding the fruit and nuts together. As I said--delicious and rich but don't expect it to be cakey!
