I was so afraid mine wouldn’t look like theirs but after the whipping and cooling, it whitened up Fudge was still a little more cream-colored than the image depicts as white tho. I made a double batch and put it in an 8X8 and it was about 1.5” deep. When making a double batch you might need two saucepans (I did) to get the mixture up to heat without boiling over since it expands quite a bit. Good use of buttermilk and added nice tang!
