- 4 tomatoes (ripe juicy, pureed, 2 cups puree)
- 2 green chillies
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (can be substituted with yogurt)
- 8 cashews (powdered)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp. methi leaves (dried kasturi)
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
