Really excellent. Be mindful of the salt content; we rinsed, then drained our olives at the start of our prep, it would have been too salty had we not. We substituted aged balsamic for lemon juice, worked fine.

This was OK and I would possibly make it again. Half of the family didn’t like it. There’s an interesting mix of flavors with the saltiness of the olives and the mint

I had no idea I’d love this so much. It’s easy to put together, it’s healthy, and absolutely delicious. The dressing is incredible! I did omit the mint, as I’m not a fan, but I will definitely be making this again.

Very flavourful, I loved this as a side dish but I was quite happy eating it by itself for lunch!
