    Well had no carrots, substituted beetroot, added some chilli, 30 minutes to simmer still! So have just cut some toast slices from Good Loaf Bakery Bendigo, the best, so ready to go! All ingredients are from the Talbot Farmers Market, so ten times fresher and tastier that supermarket "fresh out of the cold store" rubbish that is wilted and soft buy the time it is unpacked 20 minutes later! Result is I am now a vegetarian soup cook Wow and thanks for the receipe Rog
