- 2 anjou pears (or large ripe bosc, peeled, cored and thinly sliced)
- 6 cups red leaf lettuce (torn)
- 1/3 cup Wish-Bone Balsamic Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
- 2 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pears, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until golden and tender; keep warm.
- Just before serving, toss lettuce with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing. Arrange lettuce on serving plates, then top with warm pears and sprinkle with pecans and cheese.
