- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 pears (cored and sliced)
- greens
- radicchio
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (toasted)
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (I never buy buttermilk, simply add the juice of one lemon to regular milk and let it sit for a few minutes until it thickens)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. gorgonzola cheese
