- 2 tsp. psyllium husks
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (whole)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (or to taste)
- 3/4 cup milk (unsweetened alternative, choice)
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. liquid stevia (pure plain or vanilla, or to taste)
- 1 pear (medium just-ripe, I used Bosc, cored and halved, each half cut lengthwise into 6 thin slices)
- almond butter (or Sweet Almond Sauce, optional)
- xylitol (optional)
- canela (optional)
