My cake didn’t look like this one, but it was still pretty.directions to keep one cup of ingredients for toppings, hmm? With the oil in it..?
I love a coffee cake! And loved using my fresh pears .

This is one delightful cake. We are huge fans of this in our house. This uses a 1 tsp of salt which gives it a slightly salty taste of which I think is great in baked goods, really brings out the sweet. If your not of fan of saltier baked goods then cut it back slightly.
