- 1/3 cup vanilla (unsweetened, or plain almond milk)
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- pudding (Pear Avocado)
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- 2 tsp. honey (or coconut nectar, depending on preferred sweetness)
- 2 Tbsp. pear puree
- 1/2 cup granola (your favourite, gluten free if needed)
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (plain, or vanilla Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup pear (chopped fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios (chopped)
- 2 tsp. honey (or coconut nectar)
