- 225 grams unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- pinches salt
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 35 grams dark chocolate (or semi sweet, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cognac (can be omitted and replaced with 1 tbsp heavy cream)
