- 3 cups pears (peeled and sliced in 1/2” pieces, I used red Anjou pears)
- 1/4 cup maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice (or cloves)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1/4 cup maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free, or make your own paleo baking powder*)
- 1/4 cup refined coconut oil (melted, and cooled to almost room temp)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk (or preferred dairy free milk)
