  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup (or light)
  • 1/2 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons country crock spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups finely ground unsalted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs. Beat in sugar, corn syrup, Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter, Spread and vanilla until blended. Stir in peanuts. Pour into pie crust.
    3. Bake 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. On wire rack, let cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream.
