- 8 oz. pretzels (mini-, knots or sticks)
- 1/4 cup light brown muscavado sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted, I like extra virgin for it's mild coconut flavor. If you don't want the coconut flavor, use refined instead)
- neutral oil (vegetable, canola, etc...)
- 14 oz. coconut cream (*, I used Aroy-D)
- 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate (I used Endangered Species)
- 12.3 oz. extra firm silken tofu (package, I used Mori-Nu)
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (I prefer smooth, but feel free to use crunchy)
- 1/2 cup light brown muscovado sugar (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt (flaked, I like Murray River, but any flaky salt will do)
- peanuts (optional garnish - chopped, or toasted coconut)
