Turned out great! Suggest swapping a tablespoon of hot chili oil for the Sriracha. With so little Sriracha for the volume of the sauce, you won't taste any spice blindly following the recipe.

Loved the sauce! If I make this again, I’ll lightly salt the veggies (I used fresh) as I add them.

I loved this and so did my family- meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I doubled the recipe, no problem. Next time I will combine the veggies and sauce, then slowly add the noodles because they broke up as I was combining. No one cared, but it’s more fun to have the long noodles. You could use fresh veggies but the frozen was a time saver. Might include some baked tofu next time, but it doesn’t need it.

Not so good, way to much of a peanut butter & bitter taste in the sauce. I ditched the sauce and sautéed some tofu and tossed the noodles and tofu and veggies together.
