- 200 grams roasted salted peanuts (chopped into small pieces)
- 130 grams roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 200 mL whipping cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. icing sugar
- 2 tsp. cornflour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 50 grams dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. tapioca (maltodextrin)
