- 2 carrots (large, grated)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (fresh, roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (Siracha or other)
- 2 Tbsp. miso (refrigerated, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. water
