Tasty, but a little too much lime for me. I would cut the lime in 1/2 next time & maybe add the maple syrup suggest below.

Very good. I added 1 Tbsp of maple syrup to the sauce to balance the sour/salty and it was perfect. We also added some leftover sautéed tofu.

That was a very good dish! If you like more spice then add more ginger. I also used to crunchy peanut butter, which was amazing, and I increased the pasta to sauce ratio from 2:1 to 3:1. Sooooooo good!

It was very good. I prefer more peanut sauce so next time I will make a little more sauce. I also added some chopped peanuts to garnish. Mmmm
