- 3/4 cup sunflower seed butter (natural unsweetened, at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup coconut nectar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 25 drops vanilla (or plain, pure stevia liquid, to your taste)
- 1/4 cup soy (unsweetened, almond, flax or rice milk, or a little more, if absolutely necessary)
- 1/4 cup oil (sunflower or other light-tasting, preferably organic)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, or meal, i.e., measure after grinding)
- 1/4 cup psyllium husks
- 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour (Ricki’s)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt (to your taste, and depending on whether there’s salt in your seed butter or not)
