These were kind of weird. I had high hopes but the peanut butter fights the oatmeal and creates a strange consistency. I should have stuck with either peanut butter cookies or oatmeal chocolate chip.

They were absolutely amazing. My entire family was able to enjoy these (I did put less peanut butter and more vanilla for personal preference). Even the little ones with an eternal hatred for anything oats gobbled them down. I will be making this more often. Also, dark chocolate chips make the cookies rich in flavour. Happy baking!
