- 2 bananas (ripe medium/large)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut flour (or any nut butter of choice, I use Betty Lou's Great Stuff but you could also use Pb2)
- 1 can chick peas (1½ cups drained and rinsed)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or muscavado sugar, agave syrup or rice malt syrup are fine too, as is honey)
- 1/4 cup natural sweetener (/sugar of choice)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tsp. Nutella (or for a healthier substitute, you can use any hazelnut cacao spread)
- 9 tsp. strawberry jam (St Dalfour, or your favourite strawberry jam/conserve)
