- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (stirred)
- 1/3 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Smucker's Seedless Strawberry Jam
- 1/4 cup sugar

Directions
- HEAT oven to 375ºF. Spray muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray. Stir together flour, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, peanut butter and oil to bowl. Combine ingredients with mixer on low speed, just until moistened. Do not over beat.
- FILL prepared muffin cups with half of batter. Place 2 level teaspoons jam or preserves in center of each muffin. Divide remaining batter between muffin cups. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool in pan 5 minutes.

The kids wanted only jelly so we skipped the peanut butter. They had a great texture and taste. But I let the kids measure so I’m not sure how accurate the measurements actually were.

These are ok...they didn’t taste peanut-buttery enough to me. They were good muffins and very moist but took a few more minutes than 20 to fully cook in the center. I also didn’t understand sprinkling 1/4 cup of sugar on top it was everywhere so I didn’t use it all but I should’ve listened to recipe because they were just not sweet enough. I will try to adjust next time.
