Tastes good. It definitely would have been too thick if I had added the flax seed, so maybe blend it first without any and try it out to decide it you’d like to thicken or not. I used a Carmel flavored yoghurt and I thought it added a nice flavor. Another variation I like is to add one or two tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder.

It was delicious, it was a little thick but if you add out the flak seeds it tastes great.

The smoothie was so thick I had to eat it with a spoon as if it were yogurt, flavor is nothing out of the ordinary...

Ummm not a fave. I felt like it was to sour for my taste. However, after I added chocolate protein powder and 2 Splenda packets, there was just enough sweetness for me. I may or may not try again.

It wasn't incredible, but I'd definitely make it again. I substituted flax for chia seeds, I doubt it made a significant difference.

Sweet and refreshing. I used unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla low-fat yogurt, omitting the vanilla extract. Next time I will try almond butter, instead of peanut butter.
