Super easy & much better than store bought energy bars. I added 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract & some chocolate chips for fun. I used a no sugar nut butter mix & used a combo of honey & maple syrup for sweetener. They took a little longer to bake because I only had an 8×8 pan. They turned out perfectly. Will definitely make these again!
