- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (if using unsalted peanut butter, increase to 1/2 tsp.)
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter (chocolate, homemade or storebought-such as PB&Co's "Dark Chocolate Dreams")
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or 8 tbsp., room temperature or slightly chilled)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (mini)
