  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (with no additives, I used Santa Cruz organic, only has added salt)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 can coconut milk ("lite" canned, or you can sub with another creamy milk like cashew or soy, the creamier, the better the results. You will need 1¾ cups plant milk)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (only if your peanut butter doesn't have any added already)
