- 1 pie crust (9 inch pre-baked paleo, use HALF of this recipe, found below in full if using a shallow pie dish, or the whole recipe for a deep dish)
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 oz. raspberries (about 1/3 cup raspberry juice)
- 1/2 tsp. gelatin (grass fed)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup flax seeds (golden)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp. raw honey
- 4 Tbsp. rendered duck fat (COLD, OR palm shortening, coconut oil should also work)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (+ a little for greasing the pie dish)
- 10 Tbsp. water
