- 1 egg (room temperature, can also use a flax egg to keep it vegan)
- 3/4 cup gluten (free old-fashioned rolled oats)
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 cup raisins
