Description
Is there a pair of foods that go together better than peanut butter and chocolate? These peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate are no exception and are perfect with a glass of cold milk. If you don't want to bake all the dough at once, you can freeze it in balls then bake it as needed for a quick treat.

- 120 grams peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, this is according to your taste!)
- 1 egg
- 180 grams brown sugar
- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 80 grams chocolate chunks (dark)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and the peanut butter with an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy.
- Stir in the egg and the brown sugar with a spatula.
