I scaled this up by 50 % and cooked it for a minute and a half, and it just filled a small coffee mug. The first bite seemed a little gummy to me, but my palate told me: No, this is "delicate" and "tender." So I ate it all, happily. Works well with monksfruit sweetener and probably with Splenda.
