- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter (melted)
- 3 Tbsp. almond butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil (or other oil*)
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk (or other "milk" {use more if needed})
