The proportions on this recipe are a bit off but it is otherwise tasty, but very rich! I used 1.5 cups ground Oreo cookies & 3 tbsp butter for the crust to accommodate 12 servings. The cheesecake portion as posted is more than enough as I had some excess leftover after filling 12 cupcake cups. I used 1/2 cup of granulated sugar instead of the 2/3 cup powdered sugar which I think was perfect. The 12oz of chocolate for the topping is way too much as I used about half of that (& less cream of course) & still had a lot left over.
